Top reasons to have a CAT! There was a time where I didn’t like cats. That was when I was unaware of the characteristics which make them so special. Now, I think everyone without allergies should invest in a pet cat and here I list the reasons from my standpoint. 1. My main reason is that it could be 100F degrees outside or -10F, it just wouldn’t be as big a deal as having to walk the dog every day, twice a day! 2. Cats are clean! Teach them where to use the bathroom and they know from that moment, 'this is my bathroom'. Should you forget to clean it? Nope, because then they won’t use it. (Picky but clean!) 3. If it moves, it’s a toy. If it's a toy it's do or die time. From there, it becomes your surprise gift. Note: it's the same with the non-living things in your home. Remember, curiosity killed the cat so make your home safe for the animal! 4. Every time you step in the door, you will be greeted with a warm friendly ‘meow’ meaning, "welcome home boss!" 5. They will love you, just as a dog, because you provide food and water and protection. 6. They can be trained, with patience, some good snacks and time. 7. They are quiet for the most part until, what I call, the 2 o'clock rock. That's when spider man returns and takes over their bodies. I've seen my cat ricochet off the walls, jump on top of the refrigerator in one leap and catch flies without exerting any visible pressure. 8. They are cute and cuddly. 9. They will always land n their feet! 10. You won’t be late for work because the cat will wake you up to feed it!
